Stainless Steel Chain Permadraw
Let's admit it, cable permadraws are pretty pricy these days. They're a lot more labor intensive to make, which means higher cost. It doesn't help that quite a few on the market are made from plated steel wire rope as well, which can rust & weaken.
So we took our high-quality 6 mm DIN 763 304 Stainless Steel Long Link Chain and 316L Stainless Steel Long Link Chain and wrapped segments in 2 layers of thick heat-shrink tubing. It's makes a super stiff easy-to-grab chain draw. (Currently only clear color is available in premade for now...unless we get a high number of requests to add colors).
Our factory's standard for DIN763 6mm 304/316 Stainless Steel Chain is a 600kg WLL (Working Load Limit). On sample test reports for 304SS, yield point averages 1900 kgf and ultimate tensile strength 3700 kgf. Our internal break testing verify these results. We've rated our 6 mm stainless steel chain permas for 24 kN.
They will fit all sizes of quick links up to 8mm (5/16") and even high-strength 8mm, but 10mm quick links will not fit inside.
If you're looking to save some money and have spare time, we also provide precut heat-shrink tubing as well, so you can make your own using a heat gun. Colors available are clear, grey, brown, and black. It includes a piece of 20 mm and 24 mm diameter tubing precut for 3, 5, and 7 chain link segments. INSTRUCTIONS COMING SOON!
