These wedge bolts from Climbing Taiwan are made from 316 stainless steel and come in both 65 mm and 90 mm lengths.

Ā 

Bolt shaft, clip, nut, and washer are all of 316 stainless steel. Passivated for extra corrosion resistance. Threads are rolled.

Ā 

Hole Diameter: 10mm
Recommended torque: 25 ft lbs (34 N.m)
Nut size: 17mm
Thread size: M10*1.5

Subsequent test results of our recently made batch VIDEO:Ā 
Hangers pulled 10Ɨ to 8kN, then pulled to failure:
Shear 30.56 kN (hanger broke), 41.54 kN (bolt broke). Tension 37.03 kN (bolt broke).


All the materials and manufacturing of these wedge bolts originated in Taiwan.Ā
